1. About Our Platform

Generics4You Health Inc. (“Generics4You,” “Company,” “we,” “us”) operates an online telehealth facilitation platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers. We are not a medical provider, and we do not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed healthcare providers who use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and assessment
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3. Not a Medical Emergency Service

Generics4You is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. Our platform is designed for non-urgent, elective healthcare consultations only.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during your health assessment and throughout your use of our platform. Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment recommendations and could endanger your health. Generics4You assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

5. No Doctor-Patient Relationship with Generics4You

Your relationship is with the independent, licensed healthcare provider who reviews your assessment — not with Generics4You as a company. Generics4You facilitates the connection and provides the platform infrastructure only. The provider's relationship with you is governed by their own professional and ethical obligations.

6. Prescription Medications

Prescriptions, if issued, are issued solely at the discretion of the reviewing licensed provider based on their clinical judgment. Generics4You does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your assessment. All prescriptions are fulfilled through licensed, accredited pharmacies — not by Generics4You directly.

7. Fees & Refunds

The health assessment is free of charge. Any fees for consultation, prescription, or pharmacy fulfillment services will be clearly communicated to you before you incur them. Refund eligibility for paid services is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@generics4you.com for billing inquiries.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Generics4You Health Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generics4You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lawrence, MA, except where prohibited by law.
