Your Privacy is Our Priority. Generics4You is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and never sell, rent, or share your personal or medical information with third parties for commercial purposes.

1. Who We Are

Generics4You Health Inc. (“Generics4You,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a telehealth facilitation platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers in the United States. We are incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Licensed Healthcare Providers: Your assessment responses are shared exclusively with the independent provider reviewing your case.
  • Pharmacies: If a prescription is issued, the prescribing provider transmits it to your designated pharmacy. We do not operate as a pharmacy.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, and regular third-party security audits. Despite these safeguards, no system is 100% impenetrable. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
